Terms of Service

BreachIQ is a training simulator. It presents synthetic cyber incidents, records the decisions you make, and scores them against authored rubrics. It is an educational tool for building judgement. It is not incident response software, not professional or legal advice, and must never be relied on during a real incident.

The service is in beta. Features change, scenarios are revised, and occasional interruptions are expected. The service is provided as-is, without warranties, and we do not guarantee availability, uninterrupted access, or that scores are free of error. No payment is taken during the beta and no payment details are collected.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. One account is for one person; please do not share logins. Invite codes are personal and may be withdrawn.

You agree not to:

• use BreachIQ to develop, test or obtain material intended to attack real systems, or to solicit working exploit code, malware or intrusion instructions;
• enter real confidential incident data, credentials, personal data of third parties, or anything you are not free to share;
• attempt to bypass the safety, scoring or access controls, probe the AI for its system instructions, or automate the service beyond normal individual use;
• copy, resell, or republish scenarios, rubrics or debrief content outside your own training use;
• interfere with the service, other users, or the underlying infrastructure.

The AI declines requests that cross the offensive-content boundary. Repeated attempts to push past it may end your access.

Incident turns, mentor guidance and adjudication are generated by AI models grounded in authored reference material. Output can still be wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for any decision you take outside the simulator. If you believe a decision was scored incorrectly you can contest it in the debrief; a human review may follow.

Scenarios, rubrics, reference material, the interface and the BreachIQ name remain ours. What you write stays yours; you grant us the licence needed to store it, score it, show it back to you, and use it in de-identified aggregate form to improve the product. Your written decisions are not used to train third-party models.

Feedback you send is used freely to improve the product, with no obligation and no compensation. Submitting interest on the pricing page is an indication only — it creates no contract, no commitment to buy, and no charge.

You can stop using BreachIQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where use threatens the service or other users, or when the beta closes. On account deletion your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from reliance on simulated content or AI output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. Material changes get a new version at the top of this page and you will be asked to accept them when you next sign in. Questions about these terms go to contact@breachiq.ai; help and security reports go to support@breachiq.ai.
